Sanhe Tongfei Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, development, production, marketing and services. Since its establishment in 1993, Tongfei has made continuous innovations in products and been devoted to the goal of becoming a famous industrial refrigeration enterprise in China. It is located in Sanhe, East Beijing and occupies an area of 30000m2. Also, it has drafted and made the industrial standard on refrigeration for the Professional Committee of Pivots under China Machine Tool and Tool Builders’ Association (CMTBA).
Currently, we are providing services through our 320 employees, including 58 managers and technicians and 36 professionals in machinery, electricity and refrigeration. Tongfei is also a member of China Association of Refrigeration (CAR) and CMTBA.
Tongfei has NC sheet-metal processing production lines, for punching, shearing, folding and cutting of sheet-metals; refrigeration production equipment; copper tube alignment, bending and scrap-free cutting lines; high-speed plate punching and expand tube production lines; oxygen-free welding and pressure-maintaining, leakage detection production lines; product packaging, commissioning and packing production lines. It boasts of country-level refrigeration product performance detection labs and is equipped with multiple H25IR refrigeration system pressuretightness detection equipment imported from the US. Tongfei is the most professional refrigeration enterprises with the most strength in technology and manufacture in China industrial refrigeration industry.
In 2002, Tongfei passed ISO9001:2000 certification and in 2006, obtained the Industry Products Production License of the People''s Republic of China (No.XK 06-135-00214). In 2007, some of its products passed CE certification of the EU and in 2009, all its products passed the CE certification. Now, it possesses 11 patented technologies and many cutting-edge technologies. For the moment, it is capable of producing 60,000 industrial refrigeration equipments for more than 600 enterprises, foreign-funded, JV or Chinese-funded.
Fist products: MCO-series precision oil cooler, MCS-series precision cutting fluid cooler, MCW-series precision water cooler, MCWL-series precision water cooler for lasers, MCA-series air conditioner for electric box, MEA-series heat exchanger for electric box, all matching NC machining centers, engraving machines, high-precision slow wire cut, electric spark forming machines, gear cutting machines, NC grinders, laser cutting equipment, dynamic/static pressure pivots and electric pivots. These products have been ratified by the insiders and sold to places worldwide.
