Service Commitments

I. Production Basis
1. Product production basis: enterprise standard Q/SH196 04-2006;
2. Technical Agreement signed by both parties.
II. Product Quality Guarantee Commitment
Sanhe Tongfei Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. hereby makes the following commitments:
Every single product of Tongfei brand will have a guarantee period of one (1) year (limited China warranty) since leaving factory. During the guarantee period, cost arising from repair and spare replacement due to our product quality problem will be assumed by us. For products beyond the guarantee period, charged technical services will be provided.
III. Commitments on After Services

    • For new customers, besides providing technical exchange, Tongfei will provide overall trainings to operators and examiners of the customer so that the customer can fully understand the installation, operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment and make better use of such equipment. For special models, Tongfei will provide installation, debugging and training of such models.
    • Our logistics department will ensure the timely and safe arrival of your purchased products.
    • Timeliness of services: after receiving the repair request from customers, the after service department of Tongfei will make telephone communication with the customer within 2h on the very day, to learn about accident features and field conditions. In case that failure cannot be solved on phone, the after service department shall send maintenance men to the site to solve problems and guarantee customer''s normal use.
    • Fast arrival at the site: for the distance shorter than 1000km, the maintenance men shall arrive at the site within 24h and otherwise, within 48-72h. If the maintenance man cannot arrive at the site because of special locations of the customer or special conditions, he shall communicate with the customer to set the arrival time.
    • After service personnel shall dress properly and neatly, speak and behave well and serve with great passion during the door-to-door services. After the maintenance work, the working place shall be made clean and tidy.
    • After the failure is solved, Equipment Repair Handover Form or Equipment Installation and Debugging Handover Form shall be completed. If the repair takes place due to the product quality problem during the guarantee period, the repair shall be free of charge. For failure arising from installation, transportation and misuse by the customer, cost arising shall be assumed by the customer and the maintenance man shall charge according to the company standard. Then, the maintenance man shall fill in the charge amount on the maintenance order, which shall be confirmed by signatures of both the maintenance man and the customer.
    • After service personnel shall by no means ask for money and goods from the customer.
    • The after service department shall arrange after service personnel to visit or return a visit to main accounts of the company once per year at least, to ask for their opinions and suggestions for product improvement.
    • For refrigeration equipment without nameplate, or unsearchable factory number and beyond the guarantee period, the user shall bear relevant maintenance expenses.
